Only had something at the coffee shop. Check in person was great, very friendly and helpful with information regarding room, amenities etc.

Centrally located and The Informalist and ECDC on site make it great for not having to leave if we didn’t want. Rooms are well appointed and there is a hip vibe throughout

This is in a really great location in Eau Claire with easy access to businesses of all types, including stores, restaurants, bars, and a multitude of others--and right next to the river.

The young man at reception was kind and helpful. He answered questions cheerfully and offered information readily. Location could not have been better. Free parking. The welcome cookies were delicious.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Lobby was very beautiful and gym was immaculate. Very close to things nearby. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There are many amenities available in the hotel, so no need to go out in the cold (food, bar). Room was a good size as well as the shower. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Parking paid for by the hotel is a bonus.
